FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I access the Customer Portal?
On the home page of the Univation.com portal, look for the “Login to Customer Portal” button on the upper right-hand corner. It will take you to a login page, where you will need to insert your login credentials. You will also find an option to request an account if you do not already have one.
How long does it typically take to be granted access to the Customer Portal?
If you don’t have an account yet and would like to request one, click on the “Request an Account” button on the login page. You will be directed to fill out key identification information. Once you submit your request, a Univation representative will process your request as soon as possible. 
What type of information/functionality is contained in the Customer Portal?
The Customer Portal is an evolving platform. You will find safety-related information such as safety events and safety notifications. Other documents will be continuously added as new content becomes available or as new document categories are added.  
How do I suggest additional information/functionality to be added to the portal?
On the Customer Portal home page, click the “Contact Us” link and fill out the form with your contact information and your suggestion(s) and input. After you hit “Submit”, a Univation representative will contact you as soon as possible.
I can’t find a document I should expect to find in the portal. How can it get access to it?
If you have searched the Customer Portal database, removed any filters, tried different keywords, and still can’t find the document you are looking for, please contact us by filling out the “Contact Us” form on the Customer Portal homepage to let our Univation team know which document you are seeking. 
What additional features are planned for the Customer Portal?
New features, capabilities and documents will be added to the Customer Portal on an ongoing basis. Stay tuned for updates and don’t hesitate to share your thoughts and ideas with our team to help us improve by filling out the “Contact Us” form in the Customer Portal home page.
Can I add documents to the portal for safekeeping or to share documents with Univation?
Licensee Users can only view and/or download documents from the Customer Portal; document upload capability does not exist. Don’t hesitate to share your feedback and let us know if the capability to upload documents would be useful for you by filling out the “Contact Us” form in the portal home page.
Is there a way to contact someone for additional questions about the portal or other Univation product/service offerings?
Yes. On the Customer Portal home page, click the “Contact Us” link and fill out the form with your contact information and the questions and/or information you would like to receive. After you hit “Submit”, a Univation representative will contact you as soon as possible.
I currently have access to other file-sharing platforms to access some Univation documents. Are they going away?
File-sharing platforms allow Univation to execute one-time transfers of key identified documents to our licensees. The Customer Portal is a repository for a curated sets of documents that need to be accessible by Univation’s licensees on a more frequent basis. File-Sharing platforms will remain in use for those one-time transfers of identified Univation document to Univation’s licensees.
Can I access the portal via mobile platform? Are all the functionalities equally enabled?
Yes, the Customer Platform is mobile-enabled. Feel free to browse your customer space on your preferred digital device.
